laughs were shared, and memories were made. It was a fun to spend time with just the upperclassmen (few exceptions to that) and awesome guests.
The night began by arriving at the Grand Lady Riverboat which for some was more difficult than others. Certain individuals were even an hour late to the event… but we waited patiently and enjoyed the time we got to spend hanging out. When Stew and T-Rich finally arrived we ate dinner on the boat and took off along the Grand River .
While we were eating dinner the captain announced that there were two bald eagles that we could see. So everyone rushed to the sides of the boat to spot them, and while that happened David Borgeson had to be the first one to go see them and nearly flipped our dinner table.
After dinner the students partook in some line-dancing and other fun activities. After the boat docked and we headed to a conference building for dessert and the Juniors gave us a certificate of which celebrity they thought the seniors would marry. We played a few rounds of Reverse Charades.
Then several students went to the Grand Haven 9 and enjoyed the new Avengers movie to cap the night off. It was an intense and awesome movie. I would suggest it to anyone. That night was awesome and I unforgettable.
