Homecoming Banquet 2012

           Last week on Saturday, January 28, the high school students had Homecoming Banquet. This year’s homecoming was very very fun!!

            We loaded the bus and went to Fricano’s Pizza in Muskegon. Unlimited pizza, salad, and soda were served to the good-looking group! Everyone I talked to had a great time. After we finished the pizza, they served us desserts that were fabulous. The Wilsons, Kapankas, Maines, Mr. Langdon, Colton Wilson, and Brooke Swanson were very kind and chaperoned this event.

            After we ate, we drove to the Youth Center which is located off

. Once we got to the Youth Center we checked out the building and its many rooms. Much to our excitement, there was a room with TVs and game systems! There was also a room with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball. In the main room, there was a ton of floor space where we did line dancing with professional swing dancing instructor, Steve. He was a neat guy who made everything really fun. He taught us a lot of line and swing dance moves! It was a blast because everyone did it with a great attitude. There were some hilarious moments that I will never forget!!!

           

            When the night was over, everyone was tired, but joyful. We drove the bus home, then unloaded with parting good byes and farewells.
